This is the worst airline. Our arrival has been delayed twice. Now our flight leaves at 10pm. We are traveling with seniors and children. I do not understand why this keeps happening. The airline should keep better track of things. I definitely would not recommend.
This airline adopted a $#*!ed eating policy where when you lower your mask to eat, you have to put it on BETWEEN BITES. You essentially have to continuously move your mask on and off every 3 seconds as you bite and chew your food. Anyone with a shred of common sense knows that if you bite with the mask off, but chew with it on or vice versa. Etc, that changes absolutely nothing in germ transmission and no way in hell is a big deal. One person failed to perfectly follow this OCD method of masked eating, and was forced to leave the plane, without refund, and the plane even returned to the gate just to eject this person for breaking this "rule". Apparently one random person on one flight wearing their mask for a grand total of 2 minutes less time is a deranged murderer for spreading covid and killing 500,000. OK... You have to be brain damaged to even THINK about something like this. Boycott this airline and all others that are this ridiculously insane and power tripping. Covid didn't justify this level of stupidity.

By far the worst airline experience to date. From lack of employees, management, and direction. To be blatantly discriminated to lose our seats, and to be directed to Chicago to Austin from Orlando is a disgrace. Horrible experience for a very long overdue vacation
Southwest Airlines is the worst. Overcrowded the staff very disgusting attitudes. I could not even sit with my young daughter and that was her first time flying. They were not accommodating especially when leaving out of Orlando airport. Highly disappointed. First time flying with them and I am not looking forward to flying with them again.
Nope - never for me again. Booked a vacation through SW vacations. They made the first schedule change, then I made a change in return - - and then I spent six days on hold for over on hour at a time to make sure they informed the resort of the change. Bottom line - they didn't call the resort, so I completely lost my booking and my money. Their response: sorry, we don't control the resort!! Then how can they sell rooms at the resort, collect the money, and then no customer follow-through when there are a few changes? AND KEEP MY MONEY?
Very bad customer service, waited for 3 days to solve small issue.

I will never in my life fly southwest! Back in June my mother booked flights to be apart of my brothers wedding, nys had shut down travel so she could not make it. Southwest REFUSED to give her, her money back but gave her credit towards her next flight. Well her next flight was scheduled on March 29th but my mother unfortunately lost her battle with cancer on the 24th. I called to get her money back, they would not transfer the tickets into my dads name and are REQUIRING a death certificate to prove her death. First off? Your a goddamn airline not a major credit card company or something of significance. You already refused her money back once and to make this a more awful situation than it already is. BE ASHAMED of yourselves. You’ve held onto her money sense JUNE 2020!!!!!! Now she’s passed away and your still difficult. I will NEVER fly southwest again, I will not support you. My mother only flew southwest. I will tell everyone I know my experience..word of mouth is a big deal. Given our circumstances && having to stay longer than anticipated United airline..issued a refund the very next day with no questions asked for our flights back ! A damn shame.
GREAT AIRLINE! Love the service and the ORANGE JUICE. Peanuts are AMAZING. Don't get me started on the BUTTER landings...
Southwest is horrible at accommodating during this pandemic, my 1 year to use my tickets expires on 6/19/21 and trying to rebook for 6/26/21 and they won’t accommodate me, because I have to wait till they expire first, lose $100 for each ticket and hope they have seats for 6/26/21, and if not I’m SOL, even though they would be making money cause I need to purchase a 3rd ticket!!! They told me this is how the airlines makes money, so disappointed in this outcome during the pandemic!!!
I used to only fly Southwest because not only were their prices really affordable but the customer service was stellar! Ever since COVID, their customer service has been absolutely abismal. They have cancelled my flights, sent me flights changes weekly, and booted me from a flight because they upped the price and wanted to resell my seat and the newer high price. They then rebooked me on a flight that was twice as long and arrived too late to attend the seminar! I will never fly SWA again.
Southwest airlines now cancel and refund your flights when you booked early to get a good deal and then in there system shows you asked for a refund which I never did since I haven't spent Christmas with my family in 7yrs. Then when you call to find out what's going on they at the moment can't honor the price you got the first time which was under 300 and now wants to charge over 500, like I have money like that.

Back in January (before the pandemic madness) I had to cancel a flight and received flight credit from Southwest Airlines for a future booking. I am a UK citizen and of course the US border has been closed for a while and isn't opening any time soon. The credit is expiring soon, and Southwest refuses to extend the validity. I understand it's difficult times right now for airlines, but if I could have flown, I would have, I'm not allowed to enter the country. So this seems really customer unfriendly (in all their responses to me they say how they strive for excellent customer service which is just so laughable when that's not what they are providing at all). I have credit with several other airlines and they have extended the validity no questions asked. Once I'm able to fly in the US again, it certainly won't be with Southwest.
